Benton & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Troy Rhoads, who will join the firm’s Macomb, Illinois office in February 2024. Mr. Rhoads joins B&A after retiring as the Assistant Vice President for Facilities Management at Western Illinois University. His career at WIU spans over two decades and his most recent position had him leading a team of over 160 employees overseeing areas such as facilities design and construction, engineering, utilities, and campus planning. Mr. Rhoads began his career serving in the United States Navy and then spent years as an operator for the Urbana and Champaign Sanitary District.
